This operation returns the timestamp of the last change of a single directory entry (instance level). The last change of the HealthApp (DiGA/DiPA) and of the HiisDeviceDataRecorderDefinition (HIIS) is returned separately. A profile-specific parameter is only present when a corresponding resource is part of the entry.
