This operation returns the timestamp of the last change across all resources of the whole directory (system level). The last change of the HealthApp (DiGA/DiPA) and of the HiisDeviceDataRecorderDefinition (HIIS) is returned separately. A profile-specific parameter is only present when a corresponding resource exists on the server.
